Brad is a lifetime entrepreneur having built multiple domestic and international businesses with distribution across 18 countries. He is currently the Founder & CEO of Outsource Access (OA), an offshore virtual services firm he has grown to 500 employees in just 3.5 years with a target of doubling to 1000+ staff by the end of 2023. In 2021 OA was the only outsourcing company to receive the Inc Magazine Best in Business Award for firms making the biggest impact on their communities, industries, the environment, and society as a whole in alignment with their commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
His firm is also the only comprehensive outsourcing company to win the 2023 Real Leaders Impact Award from Real Leaders Magazine which is the official preferred Partner Publication of YPO and is a recipient of the 2022 Inc Magazine Power Partner Awards. He is also a founding member of the Real Leaders Impact Collaborative with global CEO’s committed to making impact and change.
Brad also co-founded a software platform, 1-ON-1 Connections, that drives the value of membership organizations by creating 1 on 1 meeting matchups and introductions at scale. He walks-the-walk with expertise on scaling, automation, outsourcing and high-performance virtual teams.
Brad has also advised business and civic leaders including direct strategic work with Martin Luther King III and for his current philanthropic efforts in launching Virtual Assistants Give Back, a documentary film was made about his firm. He was also selected to run a think-tank at the United Nations headquarters in NYC on the Sustainable Development Goals during an event with over 200 entrepreneurs from around the world and co-founded a 5-year charitable event to support Breast Cancer awareness.

He speaks on agility and scaling and has had the honor of sharing stages alongside thought leaders such as John Maxwell and Deepak Chopra.

Brad is also a 10-year Member of the Global Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and is currently serving as the EO US East Coast Regional Director for Member Engagement and Leadership across 22 chapters and 2,000 members. He has also served as President for the EO Atlanta Chapter along with roles as Accelerator and Strategic Alliance Partner Chair. For his work, he was presented the Paul Doyle “Living Beyond Yourself” award for leadership and service to EO given to 2 members across the 2,000 member region.
Brad graduated from the Wharton Business School with Finance and Marketing Concentrations and recently completed a Harvard Business School Executive Education Program on Inspiring Entrepreneurial Strategy. He was also selected to participate in the EO Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT Endicott House and the Global Leadership Academy in Washington, DC. The Virtual Assistants Give Back is a philanthropic program designed by Brad and his team to give back to the Philippines and its future leaders. The current campaign is called “New Shoes. New Hope,” reaching communities and schools where access to facility, opportunity and convenience is limited.
