Philanthropy:

VAs Give Back Program

Brad is intimately involved in Virtual Assistants Give Back, an organization he developed with the Operational staff of his company, Outsource Access.

Outsource Access is an outsourcing company that helps entrepreneurs and busy professionals  identify their constraints and transition to automation and delegation with changes in mindset, improved goal development and execution systems, technology tools and leveraging the cost-effective, on-demand global virtual workforce.

By hiring virtual assistants and freelancers across the globe, we understand that we are in a fortunate position to impact lives and benefit the global economy.

When Americans use the foreign exchange rate as a benefit in hiring highly talented low cost virtual assistant services, they are providing income to their outsourcers as well as input dollars into potentially impoverished local communities.

We understand how necessary it is to empower hard working and talented workers and that is why we want to start them off early.

The Virtual Assistants Give Back is a philanthropic program designed to give back to the Philippines and its future leaders in ways we think are best. Our current campaign is called “New Shoes. New Hope.” reaching communities and schools where access to facility, opportunity and convenience is limited.

A percentage of every dollar our company earns is poured into the lives of the future. Not only do we purchase shoes for children without resources – our local administration team develops a relationship with the children, and the village spending time during day trips giving mentorship and advice to these communities.
